The Healthcare Equality Network, along with the Sierra Club Virginia Chapter, AMMD Pine Grove Project, and Cumberland County Landfill Alert (CCLA), sent a coalition letter to Virginia DEQ Director David Paylor urging him to reject approval of new Green Ridge Mega-Landfill.
